Sponsored by the Randolph Arts Guild this festival is a combination of street fair, bazaar, harvest celebration and homecoming. Held in downtown Asheboro the first full weekend in October. In 2010, the parade will be on Friday, October 1 at 7 p.m.


It attracts more than 350 vendors and tens of thousands of visitors.

The Kernesville Arts and Crafts Guild Fall Show is Saturday, Sepetmber 25th from 9am-3pm at St Matthews Episcopal Church on Salisbury Street in Kernersville.  Click Here for Directions.

Honeybee Festival 2010

Daisy Layne Boutique will have a booth at the Honeybee Festival again this year! We had so much fun last year that we are back again! Be sure to stop by our booth. We will have LOTS of your favorite items to choose from. Can't wait to see you there!

Fourth of July Park is the place to "bee" for a free festival of concerts, crafts, and kids stuff. Parking is available at Kernersville Elementary School. The Tot Lot is brought to you by Chick-fil-A Kernersville and Kernersville Medical Center. You can also catch 105.7 on the scene.

Inventory Update Complete!

I have finally finished updating all of the current inventory. There are even some brand new pacifier clips and baby wipes cases added. Everything that is currently in stock on the website is ready to ship! Next step is to finish up some new items that are in progress!

Just a little update to let everyone know that the shopping cart has finally been turned back on! I am updating the inventory and so far Toddler Bibs, Baby Bibs, Soothie Clips and Hair Bow Holders have been added. I will continue to upload all of my current inventory in the next couple of days and then I will be working on some new inventory!

2010 Spring Craft Fair at the Farmers Market June 4,5,6

Be sure to stop by the Farmers Market in Colfax this weekend! Before you get your veggies, stop by the Craft Fair! For those who have not been before, as you enter you will notice tents set up in the field to your left before you get to the covered buildings that have the farmers in them. Those tents will be FULL of lots of amazing crafters! Facing the tents from the gravel parking lot, I will be in the last row on the right, the third or fourth tent in, be sure to stop and say HI!

About Gingerbread Christmas:
The area's largest and oldest holiday gift and fine crafts show has over 125 juried exhibitors from across the Midwest. Some of the best artisans of the area. Many hand-crafted unique gifts and holiday decorations such as wreaths, jewelry, carved wood items, glassware, ornaments, wearable art, and more will be available. There will also be homemade candy, jelly and jams, and cheeseballs from area not-for-profit organizations. Food is available all day. Admission charged; all profits are used for various charity, culture, and educational projects supported by Tri Kappa. Strollers are welcome! Parking is FREE!

Asheboro Fall Festival - October 3 & 4

This Saturday and Sunday, October 3 & 4, we will be at Asheboro's Fall Festival. This festival is in downton Asheboro and features arts and crafts booths, crafts for kids, square dancing and clogging, flea market section, food booths, and live bluegrass, gospel, country and pop music.

Saturday we will be at the festival from 10am - 6 pm and Sunday from 1pm - 6pm.

Change of Plans - Cricket's Nest Cancelled

I am so sorry, but we will NOT be attending the Cricket's Nest Craft Show this weekend. It looks like rain may cancel the festival anyways, but we need to take this time to make sure everyone in my house is healthy.

I will be at the Asheboro Festival next weekend, I will post details later.

Craft Festival at the Cricket's Nest - Sept 26

I am so sorry, we will not be attending the Cricket's Nest Craft Festival on September 26.

My son and husband are not feeling well and I need to be home to take care of them.

This Saturday, September 26, 2009, we can be found at the Cricket's Nest Craft Festival. The Cricket's Nest is located in South Fork Park off of Country Club Road in Winston Salem, NC. Click here for directions. The park is right across from South Fork Elementary School. This is a great craft fair with lots of talented local artists.
